Welcome to QwintTalk. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the QwintTalk mobile application and related services provided by QwintSoft.

Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in QwintTalk, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, content, and technology, remain the property of QwintSoft or its licensors.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of QwintTalk during the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QwintSoft, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the application or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to QwintTalk at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.

Updated versions will be posted within the application or on our website. Continued use of QwintTalk after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
