QLeads is a lead management application. We only collect your mobile number for login and authentication purposes.

  1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Mobile Number for Login

We collect your mobile number to verify your identity and allow you to log in to the app.

Lead and Business Data You Add

You may add lead-related business information inside the app, such as company names, contact person details, phone numbers, addresses, notes, reminders, tags, business card images, and other lead management details.

Camera and File Access

QLeads may request camera or gallery access only when you choose to capture or upload business card images, documents, or lead-related files.

OCR and AI Processing

QLeads may process business card images to extract text and create lead details. On mobile, OCR may be processed using on-device tools such as Google ML Kit.

  1. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We use your mobile number to:

Verify your login
Authenticate your account
Protect access to your workspace

We use lead and business data to:

Create and manage leads
Store contact and company details
Organize follow-ups, notes, reminders, and tags
Extract details from business cards
Improve app performance and reliability

  1. DO WE SELL YOUR DATA?

No. We do not sell your personal data or lead data.

  1. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE DATA?

We may share limited data only with service providers required to run the app, such as authentication services, cloud storage, database hosting, OCR tools, and AI processing services.

  1. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP DATA?

We keep your mobile number and lead data as long as your account is active or as required to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account or lead data by contacting us.

  1. HOW DO WE PROTECT DATA?

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, including tenant-based data separation and secure communication methods. However, no digital system is completely secure.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

QLeads is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 18.

You can request deletion of your account and lead data by contacting us.
